Lunar Calendar
The Lunar Calendar has been used since the earliest times of Ancient Egypt. It is based on the cyclical course of the Moon and its phases.
The Lunar Cycle lasts approximately 29.5 days and goes through the 4 basic lunar phases: (New Moon, First Quarter, Full Moon and Last Quarter) and 4 intermediate phases. The first lunar day is considered the day on which the New Moon occurs.
New Moon, Full Moon, the days of the first and last square of the lunar phase are periods when the Moon and the Sun are in tense aspects to each other. It is recommended not to plan anything important and not to start anything new. These are not suitable days for such things.
Good days are considered periods when the Moon and the Sun form a sextile (60 degrees) or trine (120 degrees) aspect, i.e. days of intermediate phases.
It is best to start something new when the Moon is waxing and finish it when the Moon is waning until the next New Moon.
Below you will find all the details mentioned above for the current period.
