The Power of Inner Transformation: How Healing a Mother Healed an Entire Family
In my therapeutic work, astrology plays an essential role . It helps me to understand more deeply each client's emotional structure, relationship patterns, spiritual wounds and favorable moments for transformation. I use it as a subtle guiding tool in therapeutic processes, because the natal chart says a lot about what we carry within us – and how we can heal.
One of the most impressive experiences in the office was that of a client who came to therapy overwhelmed by anxiety in her relationship with her life partner. She was the mother of a 3-year-old child and felt that she could no longer continue in the state she was in. The couple's relationship was tense, communication difficult, and anxiety had become a constant companion.
Regression Therapy: A Journey to the Roots of Soul Wounds
We worked together through regression, exploring the deep causes of her anxiety. During the process, the client accessed old emotions and memories, emotional blockages accumulated over time, which generated fear, distrust and helplessness. Through awareness and release, she was able to let go of guilt and recover her trust in God, courage, dignity and inner clarity. She came to experience that state of inner harmony , which we usually seek without knowing it.
The result? Shortly after therapy:
- The anxiety is gone.
- He had the strength to communicate openly with his partner.
- The partner responded with an open, empathetic, and available attitude.
It is a telling example of how, when we transform ourselves from within, our external reality begins to reconfigure itself. A relationship that seemed stuck has once again become a space for dialogue and reconnection.
Our children feel us and reflect us
But what followed was truly miraculous: their child, who suffered from persistent dermatitis, resistant to any medical treatment, was completely cured . Without new medications, without additional external interventions. Only through the mother's own internal process.
Why? Because young children are deeply energetically connected to their mothers . They feel, absorb, and express through their bodies the mother's unspoken emotional states. When the mother heals, the child feels relief and responds with their own balance.
From a psychosomatic point of view, dermatitis can occur when, on an emotional level, we do not accept the environment we live in . In this case, the client did not accept her partner and was experiencing deep internal tension. This non-acceptance, not consciously expressed, was somatized by the child , who, in an emotional symbiosis with the mother, manifested through the skin what she could not express in words.
When the mother freed herself from internal tensions, the child naturally reacted to the new balance, and his skin – the symbolic barrier between "inside" and "outside" – returned to health.
It is a valuable lesson for all of us:
If a young child has a problem, it is essential to also look at what the mother is experiencing. Healing begins with her.
Your healing is the healing of those around you.
What happened in this family is not an isolated case. It is living proof of how inner healing creates waves of change in relationships, family dynamics, and even the physical health of loved ones.
Therapy is not just about "solving a problem", but opening a door to a harmonious, more conscious, more balanced, more authentic life . Every woman who chooses to heal her soul heals her family and the environment in which she lives at the same time.
If you feel like you are carrying burdens that are weighing you down, if your relationships are strained, or if you notice unexplained manifestations in your child, the answers may lie within you.
Therapy is a safe space where you can find yourself.
And when you heal, the whole world around you starts to breathe differently.
